The signature at the top is false. Eisenhower always signed his own
letters, except in the presidential campaign of 1952 and
in the last years of his life when he authorized a secretary
to sign for him. The secretary signed the first signature at the top.

Both oral and written reports are available, and convincing expert testimony is rendered under oath in civil and criminal proceedings Examines handwriting that is in question, and compares the features of it with the features of undisputed handwriting of the same person in order to determine genuineness. Also investigates other types of document problems that could relate to alterations or manipulations, indentations or ink or paper variances. Provides oral and written opinions and provides expert testimony in handwriting identification and document authenticity matters involving such documents as wills, deeds, checks, anonymous letters, divorce papers, affidavits, receipts, applications, powers of attorney, contracts, insurance forms, medical records, police records, leases, and many other types of documents.
